Vodafone Idea has launched AI-based digital assistants for its customers, which can be accessed on other platforms including WhatsApp. In addition, it can also be accessed from Vodafone Idea's website and My Vodafone and My Idea smartphone apps.

Vodafone Idea has said that the virtual assistant of the company has been developed by a startup named Oriserve. Chatbots can be used by customers to access services such as bill payments, recharge, plan activation, new connection, data balance, and bill request. Customers can also ask for any query from this virtual assistant.

Vodafone Idea will send a link via SMS to customers to start using Virtual Assistant on WhatsApp. Users can also set it manually by sending a message to 9654297000 (Vodafone Care) and 7065297000 (Idea Care). Once the link is found, you only have to click on the link to use the virtual assistant.

Apart from this, let us tell you that recently Vodafone Idea has started giving 2GB daily data and unlimited free calling to its select customers. Similarly, the company is also offering double data on some of its recharge.
